Friendship Village of Dublin North Apartments

The north wing addition at Friendship Village of Dublin is a 4 story addition to the existing CCRC, includes a wellness center with a 25 meter indoor pool, exercise with adjoining aerobics space, locker rooms, and a health clinic. Along with a wood shop, large meeting room, two alternate dining venues with a satellite kitchen To better meet market demand as well as, provide the needed revenue to financially support for the wellness program, this addition was designed with 51 upscale independent living apartments.
