Worley Terrace

This three-floor 100 unit replacement facility serves as an excellent example of community redevelopment on Columbus’ west side and has been very well received in the community. The 650 square foot apartments of this tax credit housing facility are designed with more space and amenities than typical subsidized housing units to make it marketable for the long-term. A community room with screened porches and a kitchenette, activity rooms/parlors, media center with internet access, and common laundries are included in the project.
