Sunset Village

Fieldstone Clubhouse

The Fieldstone Clubhouse at Sunset Village is a new amenity for the campus. Villa residents gather for meals and social interaction in the dining room, bar and exterior patio, serviced by a restaurant style kitchen. Casual seating often finds groups reading the paper or drinking coffee with friends. Physical fitness programs occur in the interior exercise room, aerobics room, lap pool, or the exterior exercise stations. The clubhouse was designed with a similar aesthetic to the overall  CCRC campus.

Fieldstone Villas

Fieldstone Villas, adds sixteen Villas in phases to the 74-acre Sunset Village CCRC. Initial residents were allowed to choose their unit type from six different layouts that were then combined into a two-unit villa. This created a variety of unit configurations and aesthetics across the site. The one and two-bedroom floor plans have nicely appointed kitchens that open onto a large well-lit living room. Accessories like sunrooms and porches could be added by residents further personalizing the villa. The master bedroom contains a large walk-in closets and optional bathroom layouts were also provided to initial residents.  Phase 1 included the site infrastructure for the overall project and six villas. Phase 2 of the project included six additional villas. The remaining four villas of Phase 3 are projected to be complete in 2022.
