St. Luke’s Lutheran Community Portage Lakes Assisted Living Addition

This 15 unit Assisted Living Addition is positioned on the existing St. Luke campus to capture the scenic views of the Portage Lakes. The connection to the existing nursing home is made with a dynamic high volume “main street” with unique facades on each programmatic element to assist with way finding. The residents enter their “house” where they find bedrooms organized around common living and dining spaces. This arrangement encourages social activity and creates a home like environment.
