Rockynol Chapel

This project, located on the Rockynol Retirement Community property, consists of two additions. A community center addition and connector to the existing 4 story apartment building 1148 west Market street, and a two story nursing home addition to the existing nursing home building at 1275 west Exchange Street. The economic impact created by the two building additions will provide for additional employment of staff. The adjoining property will not be adversely affected by mitigation of noise, glare or odor by the use of these structures. The two additions have been designed to compliment the existing Architecture and will provide many years of aesthetic integrity. The Community Center will only serve the Rockynol Campus residents and it is not anticipated to draw additional use from the public.
