Lake Vista of Cortland

This project for Lake Vista of Cortland, is the Assisted Living Phase of a new Retirement Community that includes 37 congregate apartments in a three floor I-1 structure to be licensed as assisted living. As well as, 36 additional traditional heavy care assisted living units in a one floor I-2 structure. Also included is a community space with commercial kitchen, dining room, and service spaces, along with a central lobby, resident store, craft room, salon, lounges, administration, and support spaces.
