Avon Towne Center

The Avon Lake Community Campus is a one of a kind, state of the art retirement home situated in Ohio’s beautiful Lake Erie region. The new 113,500 Sq. Ft. Nursing and Assisted Living Facility is located in the center of an existing Independent Apartment and Cottage Community. The project is composed of three major structures constituting a 100 bed Rehab/nursing facility, a 30 unit Assisted Living Apartment Residence and a Core Support building with an enclosed “Main Street”.
