Providence Retirement Community

This project consists of 72 Assisted Living and 100 Nursing Beds arranged around courtyards with a core common area. The core common area has three dining rooms each serving individuals of different abilities.

A large multi-use room, beauty shop, and chapel complete the core functions. Additional common area spaces are distributed throughout the facility which are accentuated in the exterior massing. This massing is designed to appear like a cluster of smaller houses with styling similar to the community. This massing and the use of extensive landscape help to reduce the scale of the overall facility. The exterior and interior detailing is fairly extensive for this economical project.
