The Woodland’s at Sunset House

The Woodland’s is a 65-unit apartment building, licensed for light care assisted living, and built in a wooded section on the present Sunset House Campus. The design incorporates the brick and stone detailing of the current buildings that were constructed in the early 1900’s. The units, ranging from 600 to 1,350 square feet, are supported by common dining, fitness, library, and parlor areas that create a residential setting.
