Mt. Alverna Home and Annex

The Project was a replacement of the existing Mount Alverna Home with a new facility constructed on the existing Mount Alverna Home site and purchased adjacent property. Portions of the previous facility were in poor condition with many functional issues, that were either difficult or impossible to resolve. After a study it was concluded that renovation of the facility was not financially feasible and the structure should be replaced. The present design includes a three floor 135 bed skilled nursing facility, a one floor 18 bed Nursing Special Care Unit for a total of 153 nursing beds and a two floor 32 bed assisted living Wing.
